"Connect with You" Challenge

Join us in the "Connect With You" challenge! This two week challenge starts on Sunday, May 17th and ends on Sunday, May 31st. With this challenge you will practice bringing mindfulness, movement, and/or breathing into your daily activities. You can find the daily challenge on Knox Public Health's social media and website or shared on Hot Yoga Escape's Facebook. You can share your updates on how the challenge is going or pictures of you participating in the activities by commenting on the daily "Connect With You" Facebook posts. 

There will be two winners for a $25 gift card to either Yellow Bird Food Shed OR Hot Yoga Escape! Once you complete the May 31st activity make sure you enter to win by submitting your name through Facebook Messenger to Knox Public Health or Hot Yoga Escape.

We hope this brings some extra positivity into your daily routines!
