New local sewage regulations in effect
With the passage of House Bill 119 which rescinded Section 3701-29
of the Ohio Administrative Code, the Knox County Board of Health
has adopted revisions to Board Regulation 801 which governs sewage regulations. The Board of Health will receive public comment on the revised regulation during the Sept. 26, 2007 board meeting beginning
at 7:30 p.m. in the Health Department conference room, 11660 Upper Gilchrist Road, Mount Vernon.
